“International Journal of Dairy Science and Technology” (IJDST) is an international online journal in English published Quarterly. IJDST offers a fast publication schedule whilst maintaining rigorous peer review; the use of recommended electronic formats for article delivery expedites the process. All submitted research articles are subjected to immediate rapid screening by the editors, in consultation with the Editorial Board or others working in the field as appropriate.

It is a peer reviewed journal aiming to communicate high quality original research work, reviews, and short communications, in the field of Dairy Science. Articles with timely interest and newer research concepts will be given more preference.

Aim and Scope

The aim of the journal is to provide a platform for budding scientists, researchers, research scholars, academicians and Industrialists etc. to present their research findings in the field of Dairy Science with least time loss. The scope of the journal is to publish manuscripts related to Animal Health and Livestock, Animal Nutrition, Dairy Farming and Milking, Dairy Technology, Dairy Plant Maintenance, Dairy Products and Services, Cattle Development, Quality Control in Dairy Industries, Rumen Microbiology, Feeds and Fodder, Dairy Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Engineering, Dairy Farm Management, Marketing of Dairy Products and any other area related to Dairy Science.

Manuscript Charges

As this is an open access journal and if the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors has to pay Rs. 2000/- per manuscript (Indian Authors) or US dollar 100 or Euro 90 per manuscript (Foreign Authors) towards processing, reviewing, publishing, eprints and hard copy of the certificates and this may be intimated within one week from the date of manuscript submission. The modes of fee payment will also be intimated in the acceptance email letter.
